It was a spur of the moment decision and less than a week later a Greyhound bus brought me to the High Museum for the Dream Cars exhibition. My favourites were the General Motors Firebird I XP-21 and the Ferrari 512S Modulo. Itchy fingers meant spending some quality time with cameras and drawing sticks.
It is going to take off I’d say! And I do believe that is a pitot tube on the rudder fin…

I recall the first time I first laid my eyes on a special exhibit featuring Hubert Robert‘s ink and wash held at the Lourve in 2006. I was mesmerised by the brevity of marks made and clarity in pictorial presentation. (more…)

An Ode to Penguin is a retrospective exhibition organised by BooksActually presenting the private collection of Ms. Karen Wai and Mr. Kenny Leck. This is the first time an exhibition of antique Penguin books has been held in Singapore with well over a 1000 titles on show (besting even the publisher’s anniversary celebratory attemptsa few years back).
